Delivery & Shipping

For delivery in the US, please, allow 10 - 12 working days from the time we receive your order for UPS delivery. If you do not receive anything within 3 weeks, please e-mail us or call us between 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, Mon. thru Fri., (714) 730-2525.

To check on your order, the operator will need the date of your order, the items ordered, the total amount and the form of payment.

Shipping

We ship by UPS whenever possible. UPS is faster than U.S. Mail; however, someone must be home to sign for the merchandise upon delivery. If you are not there the first day, they will try to deliver during the next 2 days. If you are not home often and would rather have your package held at he post office, write U.S. Mail on your order.

Holiday Shipping

KIXCO can only guarantee delivery of your order for the Holiday Season if you have "overnight" shipping and your order is placed by 12/19. Overnight shipping charges are based on the weight & size of the order. It will cost between $25.00 and $75.00 per order, when shipped in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international rates are higher. We will ship any order, but delivery for Christmas will not be guaranteed. Additional Shipping Charges Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands add $5.00, Canadian orders add $5.00. Other foreign orders add $25.00. Orders under $10.00 will NOT be processed.

Foreign Shipments

We ship to APO and FPO addresses and any address that has a 5 digit U.S. Postal Zip Code. Foreign orders are accepted in U.S. currency only. Add $25.00 to regular shipping orders.

Tax

Our prices do not include tax.

Returns & Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for used or worn merchandise.

At Kixco, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or return your purchase when it is presented in condition suitable for resale within 14 days of the date of purchase.

  • You must obtain a Return Authorization Memo prior to all returns and exchanges by email and include it in the shipment. Email us at kixco@allmartialarts.com to request one. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please call us at 714-730-2525
  • FOR REFUNDS: Restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from merchandise total amount.
  • All returned items must be in new condition (not used, worn, washed, altered or damaged) and in its original packaging.
    Tightly packing foam sparring equipment into a box causes it to become wrinkled during transit. If foam equipment is returned wrinkled, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
  • All sale, clearance and custom items are final sale. They may not be returned or exchanged.
  • If the returned item is not in new condition suitable for resale, the items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by KIXCO (i.e. wrong size or product shipped). Merchandise must be returned with 14 days of delivery for exchanges.
  • Wrap your return securely in a good box using strong tape.
  • Include, inside the package, a copy or the original picking ticket we sent... If picking ticket is not available, please include a letter with the exchange information.
  • Due to copyright policies with vendors there are NO returns for any DVDs and/or Videos whatsoever. Only exception is for defective items.

Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks.
